Instant Refresh for Your Profit & Loss Reports!

Waiting for data to sync is a thing of the past. You can now instantly refresh the data in both the Booking Profit & Loss Statement and the main Profit & Loss Report!

If you've just made a change elsewhere in the system and notice that some records aren't up-to-date, simply click the new refresh link added to the top of the report. This will immediately pull in the most current figures without needing to leave the page or perform a full reload. This small but powerful feature means you can always trust you're looking at the most current financial data.

New Colors for Quicker Insights in the Booking P&L Statement

We believe financial data should be easy to interpret at a glance. We’ve introduced a new color scheme to the transport icons in your Booking Profit & Loss Statement Report, making it easier to instantly understand the operational status of each shipment while reviewing its financial performance.

The new color codes are:

  • Yellow → Planning
  • Blue → In Transit
  • Green → Arrived
  • Black → Archived

This visual update allows you to connect the dots between operational progress and financial results without needing to cross-reference other pages.

Deeper Analysis with New Metrics in the Customer Report

Understanding your customers goes beyond just shipment count and revenue. To give you a more complete picture, we’ve added three new key metrics to the Customer Analysis report:

  • Total Weight
  • Total Volume
  • Total TEU

These new fields allow you to analyze your clients by the physical volume of their business, helping you identify key customers who may have high-volume but lower-margin business and vice versa. This is crucial for strategic account management and resource planning.

Introducing the New "General Reports" Section

We're particularly excited to announce the launch of a brand new “General Reports” section. This new, centralized hub is designed specifically for managers and administrators, providing powerful tools for team performance tracking, process compliance, and system-wide auditing. It transforms your Reports module from purely an operational tool into a true management command center.

Here’s a deeper look at what you can find and how it can benefit your business:

  • Track and Improve Team Performance: The popular Employee Productivity Report has been moved to this new section. This report is more than just a counter; it's a powerful management tool that displays the daily activities of your users, showing the number of items they have created each day. Use it to balance workloads, recognize top performers, and identify where additional training or support might be needed for your team.
  • Ensure Process Compliance and Quality Control: We've added the brand new Checklist Items Report. This is a powerful tool for ensuring your Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed correctly across all operations. You can now easily gain an overview of all checklist items, verify that critical steps are not being missed, and ensure a consistent, high-quality service for your clients.
  • Enhance Security with Detailed System Logs: For enhanced security, auditing, and accountability, you now have access to downloadable reports on key system-wide activities. This provides a clear and transparent audit trail. The initial logs include:
    • Uploaded Files Report: Get a detailed log of all files uploaded to the system, seeing who uploaded what and when.
    • User Search History Report: Understand what information your team is searching for, which can help in identifying knowledge gaps or troubleshooting issues.

You'll also find other essential administrative reports like the Email Report and Comments Report, giving you a complete, 360-degree view of your system and team activity.
